So I ordered a junior nugget and wow how it changed. It used to be fuller with nuggets and fries now. It is some fries and 4 nuggets for 10.49. If you order to get 3/4 order, it might be more it is worth it.

Good food, but I’m constantly let down by their online ordering process. Every time I walk in to pick up my food, they are JUST putting my order through as I go to tell them my name. I can hear the ticket being pushed back to the kitchen. Every.single.time. Sometimes, even 20+ minutes after I placed my order..and then I have to wait another 10+ minutes for them to prepare my food.I would call my order in, but they have an unnecessarily long system where you have to press several buttons and speak to a robot for a minute or two before you can speak to someone from their store. It’s very disappointing and it is really frustrating to always have to deal with this type of experience.

You guys get it wrong every tine. I usually order an egg and cheese and every time there is bacon on it. Yesterday I figured I would try something different. I ordered the cauliflower nuggets and took a bite and it was chicken. I am a Vegetarian so this really disgusted me. Why is it so hard to get orders right? DONE.
