What is going in at the Stores location? None of the take out orders are right. Had to come back 2 min to pick up the rest of my order(my bad for not checking before I left) ugh!! Not sure I need hot haven chicken in my life again

I tried Haven Hot Chicken for the first time today, ordered a Tendie Duo Combo Mild. I tried all three sauces and by far the sweet sauce is my favorite; completely changed the game for me when it comes to chicken and tenders at that! The tenders are just about 3oz a piece so juicy & crispy with the right amount of spice. But if you like them hot they have that option too! Sarah took my order and filled me in on all there was to know about Haven Hot Chicken in Storrs & helped me to select what I wanted, & it didn’t take them long to prep my order for take out, amazing customer service! I must say I love the dine in set up as well & the restaurant was immaculately clean! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything at Haven is always delicious. The servers were super nice! The food was fresh. We’re huge fans of “Not Nugs.”
Vegetarian options: Great cauliflower nuggets and sandwich. The Mac and cheese is out of this world.

Have ordered from Norwalk location about 4 times.
First three times sandwich size, freshness and service was good.
Most recently today ordered 5 sandwiches and fries the so called
*THE Sandwich & Fries * = $15.99
all the 5 meal received had burnt fries and tiny sandwiches.
In the most recent order smaller bun, smaller chicken patties were used.
To make the matter worst the order was prepared without proper attention and the employee in the store had a bad attitude about the whole experience!
Will most likely avoid as the price has increased and service and sandwich chicken patty size is smallest !

Service was very fast. Chicken was very dry inside though. Good pickles.
The food, both chicken, veg, and sides options are delicious, and the spiciness options go all the way from mild to off-off-menu which is great.
The only downside is that the consistency of the spice levels is pretty bad across visits. I've had the have hot feel like medium on one day and feel like off-menu on another.
So, be very careful before ordering the spicier options.
Vegetarian options: The cauliflower offerings, both sandwich and as tenders, are very good. Many of my vegetarian friends love this place. As do I when I try them out
