It's good, not great. The chicken was good, not dry at all, a little salty but to be expected from fast/short order food. Fries were very good, perfectly fried and salty nicely. Service was very good. If I am in the area again I would eat there again, but would not drive out of my way to go there.

Absolutely amazing fried chicken! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with just the right amount of seasoning in every bite. Everything tasted fresh and hot, and the portions were generous. The staff was friendly, fast, and made the whole experience even better. You can tell they take pride in what they serve.

No idea how this restaurant has this many high reviews when they consistently take way too long making orders and just generally not caring about the customer experience. Would not recommend unless you want to wait 30 minutes for food that barely beats out other chains that can get your food to you in a timely manner.

What is going in at the Stores location? None of the take out orders are right. Had to come back 2 min to pick up the rest of my order(my bad for not checking before I left) ugh!! Not sure I need hot haven chicken in my life again

Got the tendie trio but should have ordered the duo. The tenders are huge, but very good. Did the mild head and it was about right. Chicken has good crunch but is very tender.
