I ordered half #8 today on white bread. The bread was not fresh. I order from Jersy Mike's a couple times a month. This is the first time, the bread was not fresh.

We were having a good time until one short female workers started sweeping in front of us as we were enjoying our sandwiches, swinging the dust towards us. I asked her if she could stop, but she just continued sweeping and mopping. I thought that was very unprofessional & inconsiderate of her. you never start sweeping and mopping when they’re still customers eating. I asked that store manager educates her on when it would be the appropriate time to start cleaning. Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone in the future.

Unbelieveable. Its half an hour before closing time and the grill is already off and cleaned and I was told I can't order my favorite sandwich. #17. And I thought route 7 jersey Mike's was bad. How embarrassing it was to have to walk out of a store empty handed while half a dozen other people are eating and enjoying their food. Really bad I don't suggest coming here at all.

Service sucks here. Had me waiting 20 minutes a guy starts speaking in Spanish knowing I was in front of the line waiting after a guy ordered a group of boys comes in suddenly “let’s take these muchachos” excuse me I was next. 1 don’t try to speak in Spanish. 2 I’m waiting my turn. Still keeps going on taking the others boys orders yet I was waiting my turn . I walked out unbelievable. Take your money else where. It used to be better when there was a worker/ manager there young with a beard this place downgraded.
For me it is an excellent and very beautiful place, very Rika the food, excellent service, ample parking.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! FOOD, SERVICE, CLEANLINESS, ALL HORRIBLE! Clearly, the management of this location is not concerned with cleanliness; not the employees (clearly, they did not bathe today), the sandwich prep area, or the store itself. But the star of this show was the sandwich... it was smothered in dry spices, (enough for 10 sandwiches), drowned in oil and wrapped by a 4-year-old!!! It was inedible!! If I were to bring this sandwich to the Point Pleasant Jersey Mikes, they would be as disgusted as I am. Two final words to the wise:STAY AWAY!

Best Sandwiches!I always get the Big Kahuna I switch it from Steak to Chicken & love both of them!The flavor leaves your mouth watering for more!Amazing staff!They always take my orders via phone & have my order ready every time I come in.Highly recommend this Jersey Mikes.
