We were having a good time until one short female workers started sweeping in front of us as we were enjoying our sandwiches, swinging the dust towards us. I asked her if she could stop, but she just continued sweeping and mopping. I thought that was very unprofessional & inconsiderate of her. you never start sweeping and mopping when they’re still customers eating. I asked that store manager educates her on when it would be the appropriate time to start cleaning. Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone in the future.

Quick service | Fresh ingredients | Good value I've wanted to try Jersey Mike's forever. When I was last in the states I had to grab a sub. It looks like any other sub shop however there are rules. So make sure you read the menu. There is a standard way of ordering - as in lingo. I was actually nervous when I was up to order because everyone ahead of me seemed to know exactly what to say?You have to call your order but the # and then say "mikes way" or list off the ingredients you want. Honestly the guy making my sub seemed very unhappy to be there and wasn't very kind. I ordered the half sub and it was more than enough. I wished I could have chosen a different bread because this role seemed just basic. But the fillings made up for it. Fresh cut meats and cheese, thin shredding lettuce and tomato then mayo. It was great in its simplicity.I'd say the price is reasonable for what you get. If you can, definitely give it a try!

Unbelieveable. Its half an hour before closing time and the grill is already off and cleaned and I was told I can't order my favorite sandwich. #17. And I thought route 7 jersey Mike's was bad. How embarrassing it was to have to walk out of a store empty handed while half a dozen other people are eating and enjoying their food. Really bad I don't suggest coming here at all.

Service sucks here. Had me waiting 20 minutes a guy starts speaking in Spanish knowing I was in front of the line waiting after a guy ordered a group of boys comes in suddenly “let’s take these muchachos” excuse me I was next. 1 don’t try to speak in Spanish. 2 I’m waiting my turn. Still keeps going on taking the others boys orders yet I was waiting my turn . I walked out unbelievable. Take your money else where. It used to be better when there was a worker/ manager there young with a beard this place downgraded.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! FOOD, SERVICE, CLEANLINESS, ALL HORRIBLE! Clearly, the management of this location is not concerned with cleanliness; not the employees (clearly, they did not bathe today), the sandwich prep area, or the store itself. But the star of this show was the sandwich... it was smothered in dry spices, (enough for 10 sandwiches), drowned in oil and wrapped by a 4-year-old!!! It was inedible!! If I were to bring this sandwich to the Point Pleasant Jersey Mikes, they would be as disgusted as I am. Two final words to the wise:STAY AWAY!

Best Sandwiches!I always get the Big Kahuna I switch it from Steak to Chicken & love both of them!The flavor leaves your mouth watering for more!Amazing staff!They always take my orders via phone & have my order ready every time I come in.Highly recommend this Jersey Mikes.

Love the food here , but the staff lack interest when I made my order for a number 8 and received a number 6 when I'm paying for the transaction confirm what I order and paid , before leaving I checked since the server wasn't aware of what he was serving me.Realized the mistake and ended up talking to Jay he was on his way out and explain what happened to my order , he came back to fix it since neither one of their co workers bother to fix it. The fact that he had to interrupt his brake to help cause no one else can acknowledge a mistake. They had to be told he has been waiting hurry up. So if it was due go Jay would be a 5 star review , give that man a raise and to the other staff member please follow his example getting food and good service shouldn't be so hard.

To the guy working on June 2nd around 5pm dancing around happily making 3 or 4 sandwiches you made the best chicken cheesesteak I have ever had from this location or any others. You rock. Great sandwiches. PRO TIP: Order a giant and save half for the next day. You'll want more ??
