My son bought a tuna sandwich from here and it was an absolute fail. Awful customer service, the person taking the order had such a bad attitude and didn't even take the time to explain what's in the sandwich when asked (there weren't any customers at the time either). The sandwich itself was horrendous that it had to be thrown out. This was a to-go order and by the time we seen the mess of a sandwich we had already driven quite far. Never again will we go here.

I have been going to jimmy John’s for almost 20 years, I was so excited to see a location in Norwalk. I was even more pleasantly surprised when this became my favorite location yet, even after previously living down the street from jimmy john! The whole team is great, but Tom ALWAYS goes out of his way to make sure my order is perfect and has made it feel like my local sandwich shop- thank you jimmy John’s and Tom!

Traveled far to get a couple of slices of meat on my sandwich...But...I have to honestly say after letting it sit in the fridge for a day my salami and ham sandwich with lettuce, tomato mayo and onion tasted pretty
I ordered for a work function, and everyone was pleased with the catered food from Jimmy John's. The sandwiches and potato salad were a HUGE hit, but everything was delicious. The cookies, and brownies went very quickly too. The favorite of all was the chicken salad wrap sandwich, but again, everything was really good, and there were no left overs of our 50 sandwiches and sides delivery. I will defiantly order from here again. The staff was super friendly and helpful. This was my first time at Jimmy John's, and the staff all took their time making sure I ordered exactly what I needed without a hassle. The delivery was prompt, and came exactly to the minute as they said it would. The Jimmy John's team from Westport Ave in CT really deserve a round of applause. THANK YOU for making our function extra special.

Reason not being a five star is they have no hot subs aka not even a Philly Cheesesteak.

I was super impressed with this location. Staff was friendly and efficient. Sandwich was tasty, with plenty of filling. Restaurant was clean and the restrooms - oh my, you could eat in there! ? I've never seen such a tidy fast food place. This is what fast food should be. 10/10 very happy and would eat here again.
