My only concern ? about this place.Food is expensive but really good.I don’t agree that on the bill the $2 delivery charge not going to the drivers, for a $24.00 pasta ? they charge + $2 ( Delivery but the business keeps), sorry but I am done. Out of my list

We ordered a small pizza, thick crust. The crust was very thin and floppy (picture attached). Also ordered spaghetti with meat sauce and all the spaghetti was chopped up very small. I've eaten at Jordan's before - no problem. The taste is still good but customer care is lacking - if you only have broken spaghetti - let the customer know - I'll change my order. Same with the pizza - if you don't do a thick crust - let me know - I'll change my order. Some common courtesy would go a long way.

I was always happy with Jordan's customer service and food, but today unfortunately a person answered me on the phone in a rude and disgusting manner. I can't remember his name exactly but it was Nikel or something similar, He refused to give me his last name. Understand something. I'm a Customer paying for my food so that’s where your salary comes from this person should have more education, the phone was in perfect condition because I could hear him very well. His excuse was the phone wasn’t working anyways He has no right to have mistreated me in that way. I demand more respect. The food as always very good.
