They refuse to sell pot pies at this location. The soda tastes moldy and the customer service is trash. The manager of this location needs to be fired.

TNT Powerwashing

I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent visit to one of your locations. After a long day at work, I stopped by to order a 2-piece white meat meal, which should include a breast and a wing. Instead, I received a leg and a thigh.

Additionally, I requested extra gravy on my mashed potatoes, but what I received was dry and tasted like powdered potatoes with no gravy at all. When I asked about the extra gravy, I was told it had been added—clearly, it had not.

The service was equally frustrating. The woman at the counter was extremely slow and displayed very poor customer service. I wasn’t the only one affected—another customer came in from the drive-thru because his order was missing drinks.

This entire experience was disappointing and frustrating. I expect better from KFC, and unfortunately, this visit has made me decide not to return.

The guy who was the alleged manager here is beyond nasty. He shouldn't be managing anything except his anger. My wife placed an order and it was incorrect so she told him and he was disrespectful and uncouth. Its only chicken. He needs to find a job that doesn’t require being pleasant.

Hello, I would like to submit a formal complaint about the behavior of staff members at your restaurant.

Today, June 17th, I went to the restaurant to pick up my order. While I was waiting, one of the employees — a man wearing a green T-shirt — said something in Spanish. I responded in English, and he laughed. Later, he approached me again and asked, “Do you want free drinks?” I politely declined, but then he said something to his colleague, and they both laughed again.

I felt mocked and disrespected, as if they assumed I couldn’t afford a drink. I never asked for anything free — I was simply sitting and waiting, reading my book. This kind of behavior made me feel very uncomfortable and humiliated. It also felt potentially discriminatory.

Please investigate this incident. No customer deserves to be treated this way.

They have 5 dollar chicken pot pies which seems a great deal. Here’s the catch - They literally have only two slivers of chicken.

First I placed an order of a 16 pc meal and order fries as a side. We received a mashed potato and gravy and received 6 pieces of biscuits. But I had to go back and told them what happened and took back the food which should be a food hazard! And as well of giving me a raw biscuits and when I told them about the biscuits so disgusting and disappointed will not be coming again!
