Best Pizza Slice brick oven with a crunchy fresh crust.
It’s hard to understand how this place is still operating given the environment. Sadly, it appears to rely heavily on the hard work of its staff, who always seem overworked and never appear to get a break. Despite this, the staff remains consistently pleasant and professional—more so than the owners themselves.
One particular individual, a blonde woman often seen at the front, creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. Her demeanor makes it uncomfortable to sit and enjoy a meal, as if guests are an inconvenience. It’s disheartening that someone in a customer-facing role behaves this way, especially when the rest of the staff is warm and attentive.
After several visits, I’ve come to realize that her presence significantly diminishes the experience. It's disappointing to say, but I'll be looking for a more professional establishment—one where hospitality isn't undermined by management’s attitude.
Disgusting!
Absolutely disgusted. I ordered two pizzas and when I got it, the pizzas smelled of spoiled milk. I tried it and it was completely inedible rotten mozzarella cheese. I called to advise them that their cheese is not good, it literally reeks and taste of spoilt milk. But the guy did not even apologize and said his cheese is fresh. I know what fresh cheese taste like, my stepfather makes pizzas and I also know what SPOILED CHEESE taste like. Don’t ever waste your money here.
You guys are the best , you guys treat me like I am home the best

We ordered $280 worth of food (2 full trays) and the pasta was mushy and the chicken was burnt and tough. I was embarrassed to have to serve this to my guests. I have ordered from Leonardo’s for years and when I called to speak with them about it, they would only offer me a minor credit and they were very much not concerned if I ordered from them again, which I will not do. They can keep the $280 because the amount that they will lose from my family not ordering and my other family in the area not ordering will far surpass that amount. Who treats a longstanding customer like this?

I order the meat lover pizza and a bottle of Pepsi for 26 dollars and the pizza was so thin that I had to eat it with. A fork just nasty to much toppings and not enough dough to thin and it wasn't hot took a hour to get delivered way over price and not very good pizza never going back there since there all like a hundred of pizza joints in Norwalk alone and a lot better., sad cause I don't write review but when I waste my money on something that's is horrible I will now I'm out 20 bucks since the Pepsi was at least good

Great Pizza and Salad was made with fresh ingredients and tasty, friendly staff Highly Recomend
Purchased a XL cheese pizza that couldn’t even be cut with a knife and needed to be picked up with a spatula as the pizza wasn’t even strong enough to hold in your hand. I don’t know who thinks this is the way pizza should be, but we were told by the woman cashier that was the way all the pizzas looked from Leonardo’s, as we returned the pizza to show them what we received. Well, thank you for the refund, I will never order pizza from here again.
