This is the second time I have been there with my family and have encountered the same problem. We literally have to wait 40 + min for our food to the point that my little one gets so upsets. The waitress’s doesn’t even bother to come an check on us nor let us know what’s going on until we call them. To me very unprofessional !!! The place was not busy both times so there should be no excuse for the long wait. The food is good the service however needs improvement as well as the wait time on receiving the food.

Alicia was a horrible waitress!! She appeared to be annoyed when taking our order after waiting 10 minutes for her arrival. She took the wrong order, forgot items in the order. She never apologize, she never checked on the table. It was by far the worse service I've ever had. To make matters worse she added 18 % percent gratuity to my bill.

I used to enjoy going to this place but my last visit was my LAST time. Incredibly rude and terrible service. The tip is already automatically included in the bill THUS service absolutley SUCKS! Service was so bad it killed the vibe after waiting over 20 mins for someone to acknowledge us, inquire if we needed anything, and forget that the orders were wrong and no applogize.TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.

Not sure why/how this place was rated so high. It is cheap so maybe that? I got beef tacos (I guess technically steak) but the meat was so tough it was like whatever burnt ends remained they just chopped up and threw it in. My friend got the quesadillas which actually had a lot of chicken in it. I’d come back but avoid the beef/steak and just go for the chicken dishes. What do I know. I just like my beef tacos

I have been here many times and absolutely love the feel and decor of the restaurant! The resturant is located in the heart of South Norwalk with a colorful interior reminiscent of actually being in Mexico. The restaurant has a fully stocked tequila bar, mariachi on Fridays and a bakery full of one's favorite Mexican baked goods. The staff is also very kind and makes you feel welcome. Various delicious entrees are offered and good portions too. They're very accommodating to your needs.
