This used to be a great McDonald's with a playplace. Now it's this square grey building. The atmosphere sucks. If you order via the kiosk & are looking for a table number, there's not enough staff to deliver your food. The seating area on the lower level is disappointing. I'd be nice if they brought back the picnic tables outside. Upstairs they have more seating, & the bathrooms. I brought my kiddo here for a nugget happy meal, there's nothing...

It’s McDonald’s, but this is definitely one of the better ones. I don’t know what it is but my burgers always seem more full and packed when i come here than anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and willing to give me some time if i need it. Place is super clean and service fast, even for fast food.

This is my favorite McDonalds in the Norwalk/Westport/Darien area. I've done mobile pickup and use the drive-through almost daily. Mobile pick up is easy, but I prefer the drive-through because it's quicker when you're just picking up a soda. I'd recommend mobile pickup for a larger food order.I love this drive-through because even when the line looks incredibly long, it still runs smoothly and quickly.
