Stopped by for lunch while waiting out a service appointment at the dealership 5 minute away. Very pleasant & tasty food. Cozy fireplace, nice people, classy atmosphere. Flat white was aces and the fig mascarpone tartine was excellent.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars! The staff are absolutely AMAZING! Each and every single one of them, especially Oliver, Marianna, Maria, Ian, Juan, Johnny, the women in the kitchen, the event manager, the owner. They have the absolute best customer service and working atmosphere I’ve ever witnessed! ANYWHERE! Everyone has a smile on their faces, they’re kind, extremely helpful. They are very hard workers and you can tell that they enjoy their jobs and their customers....
Food was great, atmosphere was perfect, and the coffee was solid. But the best part of our experience was the barista / server, Oliver. Want to give him a special thank you for making our visit to Mercantile with our two dogs the most welcoming and stress- free one! Anytime he wasn’t too busy behind the counter, he was giving our girls treats and making sure they had clean water on what was a very hot day. Oliver’s hospitality and kindness made our day, and gave us a new spot...
