Pies such as the chocolate bourbon pecan and coconut cream pies are hands down the best. I was adventurous and tried one of their Australian Beef pie. After baking the pie in my home, The pie filling is very salty. If you can adjust your salt seasoning a bit, I’d be willing to give the frozen pie another try.

Can’t imagine anything less than 5 stars for this place. Not only do they have the best pies in the US, but they offer little mini versions of each pie!

Best pie in CT hands down! I drove 4 hours round trip for their apple, pumpkin, and pumpkin w/ maple streusel and they were well worth it! Their crust is thick and buttery but also flakey. Fillings are perfectly flavored and not too sweet (although the maple streusel was on the sweeter side). I got a couple breads too and they were smaller than I was expecting, but also very good. I ordered ahead for Thanksgiving and was nervous about there being a line for pick up. I had nothing to worry about. Pick up took 5 mins max and there was no line at the preorder tent. Now I have a problem that my favorite pie in the state is 4 hours away :)

Some of the best pies around. We got the coconut cream, the chocolate bourbon pecan, the peach crumble, the strawberry rhubarb crumble, and the blueberry crumble. The blueberry was the absolute best. Every pie has its own personality with is filling and if you like pie you will find something here to love. We will be coming back during their pumpkin pie season.

I bought the Blueberry Crumb pie from Michelle's through Goldbelly this month. When I received it, there was juice leaking out of the box. When I opened it, I saw why it was such a mess. Whoever put the cold pack on the bottom underneath the pie did not make sure it was laying flat, so the pie moved up and down, left and right, all the way to my house in PA. The juice leaked though 2 plastic bags and then a shipping box. It was soaked. The only place that the filling hadn't drenched was a small area right in the center. I tried to put it in the fridge first to get it to set back up some before heating it, but there was no saving it. It was gross. We tried a bit and then threw it away. I paid $70 for that. Not to mention, this was for my birthday, and I decided to get a pie instead of a cake. I was so mad about this I demanded my money back, but Goldbellly will not give money back, so I had to get a credit for another purchase. I'm done with Goldbelly after this experience, all because someone was careless and didn't adjust the ice pack. I could not leave a review for this on Goldbelly, which made me even madder, so here it is.

After being told by Connecticut residents and the staff I decided to purchase 2 pies. The apple pie left a lot to be desired. The crust was extremely thick and not flakey but the apples themselves were decent. The second pie was a pecan pie. The filling was good once again but the crust was sub par at best. I am not saying the pies were terrible but I am also wondering how this place can win awards. I wish the business the best of luck but reevaluate and get back to why you made pies in the first place.

We drive 30 minutes to get apple pie and apple crumble and they used to be really good. But the last few times we've gotten them, the apples either were still very firm or the crust wasn't fully cooked on the bottom. Not as good of flavor as it used to have. Chicken pot pies now have less chicken and more potatoes. I hope they didn't change anything. For $32-$35 a pie, I expect it to be better.
