Ice cream is mid and to creamy and chocolate shell has no crunch. I will say the atmosphere is amazing though good seating and amazing views of Norwalk and the water. Good music, kids dancing, good vibes.
I give 3 stars not because of the quality of the product, but because of the attention. The people are not very friendly, specifically the girls who are there at 3 pm, very atypical and have a bad face. A company grows and is maintained when its workers are well trained and instructed in customer service.
Great spot - clean, pleasant staff, great ice cream. Definitely a staple of Norwalk thats worth a visit - Ive never had a bad experience coming here. Plus, they're very involved with the local community.
