I ordered a smoothie called defense, simple ingredients, but yet powerful one of the main ingredients is ginger this ingredient if you add too much it becomes over potent and powerful and spicy contacted the store and spoke to Andrea who gave me a runaround and a heavy pushback and hung up on me and then contacted the Stamford store. Spoke to Alex the owner son-in-law apologized and told me simply next time just ask for less ginger didn’t correct a solution just brushed it under the rug.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES i have a life threatening severe gluten allergy and am currently experiencing an anaphylactic reaction because of my smoothie from here. they confirmed it was gluten free and i asked multiple times and stated the severity of my allergy. they assured me several times that it was safe and gluten free. i have to go to the hospital and am having life threatening symptoms because of this establishment.
Follow-up to Mr mango response: Your employee told me multiple times that the oats were gluten free. She told me the cookie was gluten free which I made clear I didn’t agree with and she had nothing to say. I asked SEVERAL times if the smoothie I ordered was gluten free and if there was no cross contamination and your employee blatantly assured me and even checked with another employee who also said it was gluten free. This is a severe allergy and your employee blatantly lied about what the item contained. You have absolutely no place to blame me for this. It is on your establishment and it’s absolutely terrible that you chose to blame the customer for your dangerous service.

Unfortunately I received poor service. The smoothie itself was delicious. However, I waited longer than necessary, while individuals well after me received their beverages. I was told they get preferential treatment, because their law enforcement. When I went to express my displeasure, I was told “I would be unable because the owner cannot speak English.”

Went here w my girlfriend for the first time today. Got the calm down smoothie (I think that’s what it’s called?). Girl at the front was very nice and the smoothie came out in about 2-3 minutes. Atmosphere inside was very bright and nice. Will definitely be coming back again.

Stopped by today for the very first time and will say I and here for the long haul I ordered a WONDERFUL (left) and a SEX ME UP (right) taste was on point and fresh ice had a few places like there where they over kill on sugar not here My next gets will be the fruit bowls 🫡
