We've been to O'Neill's before we were looking for a comfortable place with very good food to celebrate Mother's Day, and I immediately thought of O'Neill's. Never had a bad meal. The service is great and yes, it was a little loud because had a table at the bar but come on, it's a pub.  thoroughly enjoyed!
What a great pub and team!! I cannot recommend this place enough. My favorite place to go in SoNo. Mairead, the bartender, always greets me with a smile and knows how to make her patrons happy.
We were in Norwalk just for the day visiting my daughter. We chose to go to O'Neils as there were 5 of us ranging in age from 3 to 86 and the menu online looked varied enough that we could all find something. And the restaurant did not disappoint! The food was delicious. Nothing fancy (typical of Irish pubs) but dishes were hearty and tasty and generous in portion sizes!!
