We worked with On The Marc for our wedding, and they were absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Our wedding was at my parents’ house, so we built the venue from the ground up - and Emily made what could have been an overwhelming process feel effortless.
Amanda guided us through the early planning stages with so much clarity and warmth, making everything easy to understand during an otherwise chaotic time. Then Emily stepped in and completely took the reins - she handled every detail with professionalism, creativity, and such genuine care. On the wedding day itself, she was on the ground making sure everything ran perfectly, and it truly did.
And the food… wow. Just wow. It was beyond delicious - beautifully presented, full of flavor, and perfectly executed. Our guests are still raving about it months later! We only wish we could go back and eat more of it ourselves.

They always go above and beyond—this time even bringing to life a wild cake idea my daughter dreamed up, thanks to their amazing pastry department. My experience with ONTHEMARC was frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. The only positive thing I can say is the waitstaff that worked the event that night were exceptional - hard working, friendly and professional. Everything else was extremely unprofessional.
From the moment we started discussing the menu we were off to a rough start and my gut instincts told me this was going to be a problem. And I was right. But they were the exclusive caterer to the venue I really wanted. So I had no choice but to continue.
In summary - I found them abrasive and difficult to work with, constantly upselling, incredibly expensive, slow in response times and ultimately embarrasing to me in front of my guests with the quality and quantity of food delivered. As a small business owner myself, I was shocked by how I was treated as the client.
I am not sure how there are so many positive reviews here because I had a completely different experience.
This was an epic 50th birthday celebration I had been dreaming up for a long time and of the 15+ vendors I worked with, they were by far the absolute worst part of my experience.
