I hired onthemarc for my tented wedding in September and they were fantastic, especially given what turned out to be extremely hot and humid cooking circumstances. The staff were kind and respectful and all smiles despite it literally being over 100 degrees where they were cooking. People were always happy, my friends were even begging the bartender to come for photos in the photobooth. I had someone making sure I had a drink at all times. Almost all of the food I requested be set aside for us as leftovers I actually did end up being able to eat (though I never got any of the mini donuts or cookies!) but thats a testament to how good they were. I was pretty persnickety about food and beverage and all of my particular needs were met. There were 10 types of pickles in the refrigerator (that my planners somehow couldn’t find) which were never put out in our self-supplied pickle bar…. but thankfully the onthemarc team just worked with the few supplies they were given and it still looked great! People are still raving about the food months later.

On The Marc provided the catering for my wedding two months ago and we are still receiving rave reviews of the food. The vast expanse of the cocktail hour food, including the incredible raw bar. We were even given our own food/beverage attendant during cocktail hour to make sure we were able to experience the food !The dinner felt like a restaurant meal, truly everything was impeccable. The way peoples' eyes widened to see the late night snacks on top of everything else was a cherry on top of a great night.The staff really put the experience over the top - working with Marc, Amanda, Emily, and the crew was a seamless experience who offered wisdom and guidance throughout the planning process. Top notch service, delicious food, I wholeheartedly recommend them.

When we decided to have a 12 person Covid wedding, we knew that food was going to be the most important element of our event. We had no DJ, no dancing...just food. On the Marc put together a 7 course meal for our families that was completed catered to our tastes and needs. They met with us to talk about our overall plan for the day and to hear a little about the type of food we like to eat. Then we were presented with a list of options for each course to help us start to imagine the possibilities. The whole team was flexible with us when we wanted to sub out ingredients or make changes leading up to the wedding itself. Everything was seamless and smooth on our actual wedding day from set up to clean up. Our chef, Xavier, came out and told us a little about each course and the ingredients he used. We truly felt the fine dining experience.
