Maybe it was an off day, but we found the food to be just ok. Fish and chips were salty and otherwise flavorless - chips were soggy. Fried oysters didn't seem that fresh.

Get the lobster roll combo it's a great deal! I also enjoy the clam bellies and their ice cream. Great view of the harbor as well!

Pretentious and barely adequate. The $30 lobster roll was not good. Maybe, maybe had 2 oz of slippery minced lobster. Go to one the stands on either side of the restaurant. You'll be much happier.
This is an OK fish bar/stand in a popular area of Norwalk on the pier and it is nice to watch the sunset from here if it is warm enough. We went because this place was recommended by a friend and my wife loves full belly fried clams, which she said were very good, although you don't get very many for $20, just about 6 or 7 large ones with either Onion rings or fries and coleslaw. I had an averagely priced Lobster Roll which could have been better, but it was ok. Not big on flavor but just ok.

The fish sandwich looked like a Gordens fisherman filet over cooked as a chef can say either the oil was old or that filet was double fried for me not worth the trip. I won’t recommend but some folks seem to have a better dining experience so maybe an off day for them it happens.

Haven't eaten at Overtons in years. Was visiting from Missouri and had to have some fried clams. It was great, the young lady at the window was great, the atmosphere was great. It was so good to be back in Norwalk again!!

The food part is okay. The view and ambiance is nice. As far as the new rule they put for the kids ice cream is a bit absurd. Children 12 and under have to be PRESENT to get a 1.00 ice cream. It should be a dollar with the purchase of a regular size ice cream.
