“We love Shanghai Gourmet! Recently, we did two very large orders. One for a Christmas get-together and the following weekend for a New Year's Eve get-together. Both orders were ready for pickup on time and well packed with nothing missing. During the year, it is THE place for us when we want to order out and has been for many years. It’s all good, but they do an especially fantastic Singapore Mei Fun (my favorite).“

They checked in just the right amount—not too much, not too little—and always seemed to appear at the perfect time. Our drinks were kept full, food arrived promptly, and every request was handled with a smile.

What stood out the most was their professionalism combined with warmth. They were knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything was to our liking. It’s rare to find a server who strikes that perfect balance of efficiency and friendliness, but they did exactly that.
