The cashier with facial hair and the speech impediment is a customer service disaster. Was rude to my mother. Guy should not work with the public. Place overall has a low class vibe. Food prices are way high for what you get. Can eat at a real restaurant for that price.

Never once had an issue with my orders or food quality, they’ve always been correct and made well. Staff is either quiet and pleasant or extremely nice from my experiences. Recently I picked up an order that was incorrect and before I even opened the bag they called me to let me know and to get me the right order.

I actually do like some of the breads and pastries from panera..... They have these little cheese rolls which I really like... Any time I'm in the area I'll go in and buy a few..... Get it toasted and put some butter on it.... It's really yummy.....Some of the salads are good.... But you do have to watch out because there's a lot of salt in this food..... Like the soups are good but oh my God too much salt for me.... But the people who work there are always friendly at least in the locations I've been to....... I do like a good bear claw... With the almonds and they do have them.... Yummy

I ordered the chicken chipotle sandwich and am highly disappointed! I advise everyone that goes here, Norwalk CT location, to double check their order. This is the 2nd time my order was incorrect but this recent sandwich order was by far horrible. There's no chicken in it. The audacity to even think this was ok to give to a customer is beyond me. The only thing I omitted on my order was the cheese. I'm not going back.
