I’ve been a longtime fan of Panera Bread, but the Norwalk location has been a big disappointment. After a few bad experiences, I’ve decided not to go back. The quality feels like it has completely dropped off a cliff.
The bread—once Panera’s signature and most important item—now tastes cheap and bland. When the bread itself loses its quality, the whole experience falls apart. Unfortunately, this location no longer lives up to what Panera used to stand for.

Good customer service but they fail to keep an eye on they're iced tea and iced coffee dispenser. I waited over hafl an hour for them to replace the iced coffee so I can get my coffee and leave. They should check these thing at least every half hour when they're not busy, and every 15 minutes when they're busy to be sure that they don't have customers waiting for them to brew more. If it were on a day I work and I was on lunch break I would be late going back into work.

Really disappointed in my experience today. I was literally the ONLY customer in the store. I ordered a half salad and a sandwich. The sandwich was literally a hot mess. Everything was chopped small? Which I’ve never experienced before with this sandwich. The whole thing fell apart. It’s not like the person making it was in a rush. Again I was the only person in the store. $18 not well spent.

The cashier with facial hair and the speech impediment is a customer service disaster. Was rude to my mother. Guy should not work with the public. Place overall has a low class vibe. Food prices are way high for what you get. Can eat at a real restaurant for that price.

Never once had an issue with my orders or food quality, they’ve always been correct and made well. Staff is either quiet and pleasant or extremely nice from my experiences. Recently I picked up an order that was incorrect and before I even opened the bag they called me to let me know and to get me the right order.
Sandwiches & Salads are always fresh, taste great. App order is fast & convenient, better than average. I always order ahead so the food is ready when I arrive, no wasted time.
