Horrible food. Biryani was tasteless. Felt like stale produce was used to cook food. No doubt the restaurant was empty.

I believe that restaurants serving Indian and Pakistani cuisine should strive to represent the authenticity and quality that this food is known for. Unfortunately, this restaurant does not meet those expectations.
If you read through the reviews, many people from the Desi community have shared similar concerns about the taste, preparation, and overall quality of the food. The more positive reviews often seem to come from customers who may not be familiar with what these dishes are traditionally supposed to taste like.
What is disappointing is that the owner does not appear to take this feedback seriously or make improvements. Authentic cuisine carries a strong cultural identity, and when it is served poorly, it reflects negatively on the rich and respected food traditions of India and Pakistan.
As someone who grew up eating authentic Desi food, I know that if something isn’t prepared well, the right approach is to work harder, improve recipes, and serve customers with pride and responsibility.
Based on the consistent feedback, I would caution others from the Desi community that this restaurant may not deliver the experience they are expecting. I genuinely hope the owner considers these concerns and works to raise the quality, so people can appreciate the cuisine for the right reason.

Food taste was below average it was as if all the masalas were mixed together no taste of any biryani , for such type of so called biryani the price is too much and service also not so good, since there were no customers I was asked to take out instead of dine-in.

If you are looking for Indian cuisine, especially South Indian dishes look no further. Cosy little place. Enough parking space. Recommended.

The “biryani” they serve isn’t real biryani — it’s just chicken rice. The goat biryani isn’t worth even $10.

We had a team dinner this week in paradise Biryani pointee in Norwalk , food is really good and service was outstanding. We have tried chicken & Goat Briyani, chicken fried rice etc., all the food which comes to table in quick time and great taste.

I had a wonderful experience at Paradise Biryani Pointe. The food was flavorful, authentic, and served fresh. The biryani aromatic, perfectly spiced, and cooked to perfection.

A special mention to Mr. Madhu, the manager, who was very professional, welcoming, and attentive. He made sure everything was taken care of, which made the dining experience even better.

Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for delicious food and great service

We ordered Fish Fry, Chicken Pepper Fry, Mutton Biryani, and Chicken Biryani. The Fish Fry was a deep-fried version and tasted just average. The Chicken Pepper Fry was quite good. The Mutton Biryani was decent, but the Chicken Biryani was very disappointing — the rice was overcooked, saggy, and turned out gooey. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a good biryani experience.

I ordered ‘dum ka ghost’ as it said it was popular and it was so bad! It had no salt, no taste, it did not look like dum ka ghost, it had a boiled eggs in it, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to order from this restaurant. It costs me $30 and the food was so bad! It has curry leaves and just about everything in it with no taste! Such a horrible experience! If you don’t have that item, rather than just making up something and sending it over please please let us know you don’t have that and make recommendation that would you like to try this instead! I waited 45 min for my food and it came out like this, super disappointed!
