Paradise Biryani Pointe

These folks have the potential, but it’s like a plot twist you didn’t see coming. You order chicken thighs, and they send you chicken drumsticks—because why not keep you on your toes? The flavors can be a bit of a mystery, too—sometimes they’re great, other times they’re... less "paradise" and more "questionable adventure." Service is decent, but feels like they’re rushing to the next customer without much attention to detail.

With a little more consistency and accuracy, this place could be the paradise it claims to be. Until then, it's like a rollercoaster—thrilling at times, but mostly just confusing. 8/10—room for improvement, but I’m hopeful!

Ordered the chicken Lollipop and Mutton biryani. Both items tasted really good and had a pleasant time with the service as well.

Have been to this place where the service took multiple phone orders while I was standing at the counter waiting to order.
Tonight we ordered delivery where the small rice box was only half full. Their reply to my inquiry about the rice was "sorry, it was complementary anyway". I like their food but not their service. I cannot comment on the Atmosphere because the restaurant is usually empty or near empty.
Service is as important as the food, doubtful I'll be back.
