got to this place at 6:00 pm on Monday, MLK day!! Pleasant gentleman with salt pepper hair at front counter. Freshly prepared delicious pizza slice with amazing crunch and crust. Got a steak sandwich. Meat was extremely hard and chewy. That’s usually my sandwich anytime I visit Planet Pizza!! Kind of disappointed

Omg!! I would recommend Planet Pizza in Norwalk to everyone! I catered a Xmas lunch for a party of 15 the delivery was on time food was ready to be served delivered very warm! I would recommend the chicken franchese, penne vodka, pasta with broccoli rabe and sausage and chicken cutlet wedge with cheese and roasted peppers…. DELICIOUS!! Sheila G

Planet Pizza catered our son’s Bar Mitzvah reception. He wanted a Mexican buffet and they totally delivered. Dave was easy to work with, the food was delicious, the prices were so reasonable, and the service was seamless. We are from California and good Mexican food is hard to come by in these parts but they knocked it out of the park!

Twice have ordered a margarita pizza and both times did not get one - instead got a dried out plain cheese slice with basil on top. Worse is they refused to refund the order this last time, claiming it was correct even though I offered to send a pic. Order was also 40 minutes late although I ordered 3 hours in advance.

The pizza was fine, but GOOD LORD the young woman who attended me was horrendous. Rude, Major attitude, and didn’t seem customer friendly whatsoever. Name tag Leslye. Please just do yourself a favor and order from another local pizza place. The customer service is not worth it.
I ordered a chicken parm and the chicken was grey and stale, the bread wasn’t even hot and the cheese on top was not melted. Is horrible how now a days people can’t get a decent meal from any place but the prices are ridiculous.
