Has anyone else noticed that the Popeyes on Westport Ave seems to be making mistakes with the number of chicken pieces in their orders? A couple of months ago, I ordered a family meal with 14 pieces but only received 10. This time, I ordered 10 pieces, and when I got home and opened the box, there were only 8. Are they doing this on purpose, or is it just an error? and also chicken and biscuits are too salty

I did an Uber eats order. It took me 5 min to get to my car and another 5 to drive there. When I asked for my order, in the completely empty restaurant, she asked my name and then started putting my order together. Strange, but ok. I got home and settled inside, open the boneless sauced chicken pieces, and to my surprise, they were ice cold. Not warm, not room temp, but cold. I was so disappointed with the service and the food.

The food here has been cold the past six times I've come in, the fries had been sitting for an extended period of time and were hard. All fountain drinks were out, accept for two options(coke & sprite). For two meals that cost 40 dollars it was I guess edible. I'd say to customers, go somewhere else. No large cups with a large meal, the Mac and cheese was burnt on the top and old. At least the workers were friendly enough.

The chicken sandwich was warm, the pickles were cold and that macaroni and cheese was scrumptious!! The dining room was completely empty when we walked in, so we had the place to ourselves. I loved it!
