Pretzels were pretty subpar for a $10 price point for large Pretzel bites and $1 for 1 measily condiment. Unbelievable these people are still in business.

most of the staff are rude af. i was waiting in line watching the woman talk on the phone ignoring me and the person in front of me, horrible customer service, and the pretzels are hit or miss. you never know if you’re about to have the best pretzels or salted cardboard. not the cleanest place either, i see them barefoot sometimes, and ive seen them use the same gloves for serving food and touching other things (like money, as another review said)

Delishis! My daughter had me try a pretzel with a hot dog in it for the first time and she really hit the spot. Also the nugget pretzels are out of this world and they gave a couple free. You just earned a loyal customer for life my friends

Zero stars if I could. My girlfriend works at the mall and went to buy a couple smoothies. The worker ignored her for 10 minutes to begin with. She didn’t put the lid right on one of the smoothies and it spilled when my girlfriend took it off the counter. The employee ignored her when she asked her to remake it. Waste of money extremely rude would not reccommend.

Very rude, unprofessional and just over all unclean! The lady used the same gloves to count money. She didn’t change her gloves not once. I asked her a question about the combo meal and she rolled her eyes, i’m guessing she didn’t understand because she couldn’t even explain. After I asked the question, she specifically went to grab the hotdogs that had fallen out and were missing the hotdog. That is not how you run a business!

The employees are generally nice. The pretzels are okay, there’s nothing special about them. But if you have the munchies go for it.

Good place to get your fill of pretzel nuggets. They were freshly made and very tasty.

I believe that the girl in the fronts name was Abby, she was so sweet and so respectful when serving us.We appreciated her service and will definitely be going back. The manager was also very respectful and very easy to talk to. Some of the best Pretzels i've ever had.

Good snacks, but what makes this place really shine are the smoothies. So delicious, plus you can make a custom blend. My favorite is the strawberry banana mixed with mango.

Lady cooking the mini pretzel dog dropped 1 pretzel dog on the floor and proceeded to pick it up off the floor and put this ONE MINI pretzel dog back in the new batch she just made to sell me and my kids ????

The pretzels are hand made and really good but they go light on the cinnamon sugar
