Q doba Norwalk ruined our catering event. Sharing so no one else experiences this. I placed a catering order with one of the supervisors on Friday for a Saturday private event for food to be delivered between 2:30 and 2:45 pm. Provided my credit card info. Saturday @ 2:45 pm as guests are arriving I reach out and Supervisor on duty informs me they will not deliver the order. Said they called my number. Really rude and lack of customer service, Saul the assistant manager in duty, @ 652 main ave Norwalk ct far of being a manager with customer service skills, in fact I don’t know if he would ever know the name of that skill, please train better your employees, I will never come back again
