This one is not like the other Rikos. Takeout only, no bar, no restroom. They should just call it Rikos Takeout to avoid confusion.

Solid pizza, provided you know what you’re getting into. For anyone interested, Rikos was started by some ex colony pizza employees, so this is knock off Colony style pizza which is a very thin pizza known as Bar Pizza. I like all pizza so I’m open but if you’re looking for a traditional pizza style place this is not your joint (nor is Colony’s the OG).Pizza was made within the time they committed to, was tasty and didn’t have any issues with parking although the lot is tiny.Unfortunately, I can never give Rikos more than 4 stars because I do think Colony pizza is better. I like the char from there better than here and Colony cuts their onions as thin slices whereas Rikos dices it.Overall, I would return.

Price posted $2.50 for a slice of cheese pizza and the cashier told me which was only during the morning which wasn’t posted on it. I don’t think no one would eat pizza during the mornings. That’s a bad way to test customers like that. Now this business should go downhill. I don’t know recommend this pizzeria to anyone. These employees are idiots. Shame on the employees.

Maybe it was an off night, but the hot oil tasted like a regular cheese pizza. Hot honey on the other hand was great.

Didn’t get a chance to eat the hot oil pizza I was hoping to try for the First time in the establishment. Just opened a small business in town n Figd I’d test it out and was dismayed by the poor attitude on the counter young lady who ‘tried’ Helping me. Aside from not giving me any useful info after asking-seating was 1st time there. Nxt I go to pay the 13.50 give/take few cents n got lil attitude when I tried giving a 100$ bill. So annoying these days at the establishments claiming they don’t gave change etc. poor biz practice. I’m sure il get “they don’t want to get robbed”. I may give it another whirl but not til new year.

If I could have given no stars I would have. delivering food I seen a lot of people ordering from here. Connecticut Ave Norwalk location. I decided to try it. MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN talk about disappointment. It was like eating an off brand saltine cracker unsalted with great value tomato sauce spread on it and cheese let's say that ain't cheese.idk what it was but definitely was not cheese. Damn pizza looked just like Freddie krugers face. Never ever again.and the nerve to charge all that money for some nasty diseased looking thing they call pizza

Can't believe the window signs say Franchise Opportunities. Their pizza product appears to be pre made frozen pies with sauce, toppings and WAY too much oil/ grease. Too wet on top and too crunchy on the bottom. I was in a hurry and. Live and learn I guess. Oh the mooz salad was good.

Had stinger pies, very disappointed! Stingers were different from Stamford stores, will be happy to travel extra miles to Stamford next time!

This location is best suited for takeout, but the pizza is terrific if you like thin-crust bar-style pizza. It will cost a little more than you would expect but tangy sauce and cheese (and onion is, in my view, the best topping). Wish it could be reheated better at home since it cools quickly in the box.

I've have had multiple bad experience's with this franchise and their management but the last incident was absolutely ridiculous. My place of work is only 2 minutes away and I waited nearly 2 hours for my order. which i contacted them multiple times while waiting they told me the driver went to New Cannan which made no sense I asked to speak to the manager Brendan and Bre continued to put me on hold to the point where I had to hang up for being on hold so long. she continued to give me the run around I called 4 times then she tells me the driver is 3 minutes away and which i asked her why lie if you've had the driver ETA the entire time. Finally i was able to get a refund and speak to the manger he had no care at all he just continued to tell me he can cancel the order. The pizza then arrived cold . This experience by far was the worst our business gives Rikos so many orders and this is how they treat us. I have never been treated with such little care and have been dismissed by management this behavior was absolutely uncalled for.
