Very good service. I had issues with the door dash person and Rikos pizza immediately solve the problem and didn’t charge me. Excellent food and service

I've have had multiple bad experience's with this franchise and their management but the last incident was absolutely ridiculous. My place of work is only 2 minutes away and I waited nearly 2 hours for my order. which i contacted them multiple times while waiting they told me the driver went to New Cannan which made no sense I asked to speak to the manager Brendan and Bre continued to put me on hold to the point where I had to hang up for being on hold so long. she continued to give me the run around I called 4 times then she tells me the driver is 3 minutes away and which i asked her why lie if you've had the driver ETA the entire time. Finally i was able to get a refund and speak to the manger he had no care at all he just continued to tell me he can cancel the order. The pizza then arrived cold . This experience by far was the worst our business gives Rikos so many orders and this is how they treat us. I have never been treated with such little care and have been dismissed by management this behavior was absolutely uncalled for.

Went here on a Sunday night to pick up 2x hot honey pizzas. We had previously been to Riko’s in Darien, CT and it was amazing! So good. Crispy base and the perfect temperature and ratio of hot honey. We picked up 2, both had WAY TOO MUCH hot honey. It made the pizza disgustingly soggy and sticky. One of them they even forgot to put the basil. Waste of money and majorly disappointing. We threw one out and tried to wipe of the honey on one to make it edible. SO DISAPPOINTING. Do yourself a favor and drive a bit further to Darien.

pizza is good, but i ordered a cheese cake for 4.25 and got a very tiny slice, totally not worth the money.

We’ve always had issues with the female taking the orders on the phone. Not sure how hard it is to take a pizza order and what got me really confused was when I asked for 3 orders of wings, 2 teriyaki and 1 Riko’s sauce, I was told they could “only do one flavor of wings” when I’m spending $100 with pizzas too. Haha….. I just laughed and asked for it all teriyaki because the person on the other line was just not on this planet… the food was delivered on time and warm. Cant say the pizza is bad because it’s actually pretty good, just not the greatest experiences ordering from here.

I was recommended to this place but the picture speaks for itself. My pizza was completely burned on the edges, my wife's margarita without any piece of tomato or basil. Just cheese and 5 blobs of tomato sauce. Less love in the food is close to impossible. I can't recommend this pizza place.

I phoned in an order for a hot oil pie. I went into pay and the only money I had was a $100 bill. Girl said it would be a minute so she could open up the register. I said fine no problem. A minute later she comes back and says that there is a $50 minimum purchase if using a $100 bill. I saw nowhere inside or outside of the store stating such a rule. I also went on the website and nowhere on the website does it say that either. At least not that I saw. This place is very popular and I went on a Friday night. I can’t imagine they did not have enough money to break my bill. Not happy.

The girl who brings the food to the table is so gentle . the prices are a little expensive but the meat lovers and mushroom is the best pizza a ever had in my life.Dietary restrictions: I can’t eat black olives

The home of the hot oil pie. If you like thin crust pizza, this is the Mecca. Located just off of 95 if you're driving through and need a bite, this the spot.
