Ordered online. The food was good but the service was disappointing. No one else in the place. Dropped my order on the counter and went about his business. No “thanks”, “have a good day” “appreciate the business” “here’s a spoon and napkins”… just odd.

I’ve been getting acai bowls and smoothies for years from here and the fruit and smoothies aren’t as fresh anymore :( sometimes the smoothies are watered down.

This is THE Best Robeks in CT by far! I have always been greeted nicely by JJ, and Bloo is just as nice! Incredible customer service and very helpful in regard's to explaining what smoothie is good to get! Highly recommend this store!

I placed an order for an açaí bowl. When I got here I was asking for the order and soon realized that I ordered to a location 30 minutes away. I was extremely defeated and frustrated with myself. I showed them my order confirmation and asked if there is anything they could do? They told me I had to either buy a new one or drive the 30 minutes to get the one I ordered. I definitley understand this response as the issue was my fault, but what frustrated me was the lack of empathy and attitude given when I asked if there was anything else we can do since I already purchased the item once.At Starbucks, if you order at the wrong location, they will always make your order free if you can show you’ve already paid. I am not saying that is a must, but a small act of kindness would have made me want to come here more often and give a glowing review.
