I placed an order for an açaí bowl. When I got here I was asking for the order and soon realized that I ordered to a location 30 minutes away. I was extremely defeated and frustrated with myself. I showed them my order confirmation and asked if there is anything they could do? They told me I had to either buy a new one or drive the 30 minutes to get the one I ordered. I definitley understand this response as the issue was my fault, but what frustrated me was the lack of empathy and attitude given when I asked if there was anything else we can do since I already purchased the item once.At Starbucks, if you order at the wrong location, they will always make your order free if you can show you’ve already paid. I am not saying that is a must, but a small act of kindness would have made me want to come here more often and give a glowing review.

Nice place. The workers are enthusiastic and happy to help. The strip mall has a horrible parking lot (actually the drivers who shop the other establishments are horrible, not the lot itself), but that's not the fault of ROBEKS!

This is the worst location this company has. They lock the door hours before the time that is stated online and on their voicemail when you call. The door gets locked at 5:45 pm when the hours stated say they should be open until 7 pm. On top of it, the staff is downright rude every time I've ever come to the Norwalk CT location.

Came in today, was getting my usual order. I always see this sweet girl working there. I believe her name is Kassy. She does an absolutely amazing job and honestly is the only reason i come back! The smoothies are good too.

Ordered a raspberry romance and got slushy ice water with a pump of cranberry juice... what a shame I thought this place would get better smh

I have been drinking Robeks since the franchise practically opened. The last few times I have been to the Norwalk location, I have been disappointed by the consistency and quality of the smoothie. It has been extremely bland, and lacking the zing of flavor that I so crave when I go in to the store. It seems like the ingredient standards have lowered and it is flavorless. I drink Passionfruit Cove. In addition, I feel the cup sizes do not equate to the price of the product. In the past the cups were much larger. Therefore, between the cup shrinkage and the inferior product, I am will probably look into another option unless I am contacted to the reasoning.
