Romanacci has been my go to place for many years. Unfortunately my last experience has given me pause to go back . I ordered the veal Marsala which came with veggies . I asked the server to please sub the veggies for pasta . He said it was a 4 dollar surcharge and they took out the veggies … Really …Also the pasta portion was less than a half of cup .This is not about the 4 dollars, It’s their inflexibility to give me a simple ask to ensure a great foodi experience. Instead they made a big deal about it . Did you forget about making a customer happy which was hardly a cost to you .My partner has been in the restaurant business for many years … He thought it was a joke ..sadly it wasn’t.

Ordered pizza for pickup. Order took a little bit longer than originally expected, but Nate's hospitality is 100% the reason we will be back due to his handling of the situation. The pizza was absolutely delicious (and HUGE)! Totally recommend coming here for your pizza cravings!

Omg! This place used to be really good and now their crust is awful. It's like cardboard. Did a recipe change?! Did the chef change?! Whatever changed was not for the better. We miss the old pizza!

Unless you come with 3 or more people plan to sit at the bar.. you can't sit at a table, even if you ask and say you prefer not to sit at the bar. They don't care. Will not be going back. Awful customer service.

I ordered a meatball pizza from Romancci's, though the food was good, there was barely any meatball on it, for what I paid I expected a lot more.

10/10 loved every bite. Such a cute little place! We ordered calamari, pizza, and chicken scarpariello. Everything was so delicious! Can't wait to go back.

We had a terrific pizza tonight from Romanacci. I'm in town from Salt Lake and needed some good pizza for a family party to celebrate the arrival of our new grandchild. The Romanancci pepperoni was delicious! The staff couldn't have been nicer. We will make this our go-to Italian place when visiting Norwalk in the future. Great good. Fun atmosphere. Terrific staff - especially the manager.

Great happy hour and 1/2 off wine menu on certain days. I love the following cocktails: Mother of dragoons Coco loco And the bourbon with aperol (can't recall the name) Do any of those with the penne ala vodka and you have the very best meal. My son would tell you to get the Nutella crepe for dessert... Honestly it's got a great outdoor dining area and very friendly staff. Love this place!

First time here and came as friends recommended it. We’ll be back. We each had an appetizer then shared a pizza. Very happy with our selections.

Home of slab pizza. The extra large is football field sized, so be forewarned. The pies here are square like Sicilian pizza. The mushroom and hot oil are standouts. I would recommend Romanacci pizza if you're entertaining a large party or family gathering at home. My recommendation goes without saying that the pizza is very good, worth taking home in the first place! The pies also travel and reheat well, unlike thin-crust pizza, especially margarita pizza. This is not. Romanacci offers solid, hearty pizza...the type you fill up on!

The worst margarita pizza I’ve ever had.

On my first visit several years ago, I was really impressed with both the pizza and the ambiance. Over the last few years, I felt the pizza had slipped somewhat - too bready and lacking the zip that it had in my earlier experiences. That was particularly true at the Westport location. But with the expansion of the menu to include pasta entrees (in particular their baked eggplant dish), I have reason to come back. And their salads have always been excellent.
