I had takeout a couple times from Salsa Brava and both times I had a fantastic meal — fresh, delicious, and authentic! I had the tacos and a burrito, each hit the perfect note. The guacamole side was freshly prepared and the sauces and salsa are not just spicy but so flavorful. I highly recommend their food — for me, it’s the best I’ve had in the area. I look forward to trying new dishes!

Small but mighty! This is by far my go to for Mexican food! Located across the street from Penzies spices and Smitty’s on Westport Ave in Norwalk. They have stellar food. Flautas and guacamole are my favorites but everything there is great! Dine in, it’s a cute restaurant or order take out. You can’t go wrong.

This is all you need to know: I am so tough on restaurants and hard to please. The food here is fantastic! It’s fresh, and the menu has lots of different options. So go and eat in or take out. You won’t be disappointed. I’ve tried all the local Mexican spots. This is the best one around. Try it!
Went back tonight, 5/11/25, after being out of town for many months. I’m happy to report that Freddy is still serving up great food. You are making a huge mistake if you don’t go eat there and see for yourself.
This place is EXCELLENT, and I’m a tough reviewer. The food was tasty, with good seasoning, and the owners are really nice. Give them a try, you will enjoy it.
You could drive right by this place without even knowing it's there, but the food is excellent. And honestly, the value is excellent too. Will definitely go back.

As a vegetarian, tried many Mexican places but this one is up there with their food quality. Ordered their veggie burrito and saw the chef cut fresh veggies in front of me and then grilled them. The freshness was evident in every bite. Their hot sauce also was unique and flavorful. Absolutely recommend!!!
