We had multiple events at the Watershed hotel and Siena Norwalk (part of hotel) during the weekend of June 13 - June 15 2025, all associated with my daughter’s wedding. Brandon specifically, but also his entire team, were absolutely amazing with incredible customer service. On Friday, we had a large group of 75+/- at the rooftop patio/bar. Even with the rain threatening, Brandon was patient and waited until last minute before we were able to make a decision to have it outside. It all worked out great thanks to him and team. On Saturday, the team hosted 100+ people at Siena and the bartenders kept all happy with quick service and the served pizzas kept all nice and full. Finally, Brandon and team assisted with a great breakfast set-up. Anything that popped up over the weekend was handled professionally and easily by the team. Highly recommend Siena and the Watershed for any events with many people. Great attention to detail and communication was perfect.

Kimberly was our server tonight and was amazing! Not only did she accommodate all of our needs but she went above and beyond to make my sister’s birthday so special and memorial. While the food was amazing, I would come back again for the sole factor to have her serve us again! Thank you Kimberly!

This place will vary greatly in atmosphere and cocktail quality depending on who's bartending. The employee turnover rate has been high lately and I'm not loving the newer management HOWEVER overall still a solid option for cocktails and their Neapolitan style pizza is delicious. Your night will be great if you're lucky enough to be served by Eugene! He makes the best cocktails. Dorian is very friendly and will provide great service. If you want to plan events, Brandon W is simply the best!!

Food was absolutely amazing! Iv been to and have worked at many Italian restaurants and the food here is by fare the best. The flavor of the food is exquisite!!! Entrées and appetizers are just phenomenal. The staff is so polite and timely. The whole experience was a 12/10. I would recommend to ALL friends and family. The ambience and atmosphere is also beautiful. As for singing happy birthday, Jack is also a a amazing singer
