I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of the on-site manager. My recent experience was unacceptable, as he not only hung up on me but also left me in tears. This treatment is wholly inappropriate for any customer.
I ordered a steak from the Norwalk Sierra Grille, and unfortunately, it was far from satisfactory—it was excessively fatty and lacked quality meat. When I called to express my concerns, the manager defended the quality of his steak rather than addressing my complaint. I wouldn't have taken the time to call if I didn't believe it was necessary.
To my dismay, he refused to issue a refund and proceeded to talk over me and yell. This behavior is unacceptable, and the manager needs to be reconsidered for his position. I would like a call from the Owner for an apology and a refund!

It surpasses Chipotle, making the latter appear quite inferior by comparison.

Stop in and had a steak burrito bowl. When my food was ready I asked if sour cream came with my meal. I was told no because it was extra. They gave it to me anyway. Good customer service.

Norwalk isn't known for its burrito offerings, but you will not be disappointed by Sierra Grille. They offer THE freshest seafood in a burrito I have ever had. Portions are great, staff is very nice. Try everything from the salsa bar and, please, skip the chain place down the street.
