The taste of the food and the service in the establishment are excellent, but the delivery service is terrible, the order arrives incomplete as you did not place the order and when you call to report they do not answer in a very unpleasant and harsh manner. Three occasions!!

ordered a calzone online and waited over an hour to get it. i understand being busy and all. but what i got was so burnt it was in edible. top and bottom were black, ingredients were burnt too. very disappointing experience!

Slice of Italy became my main restaurant to go to for any good meal. Their food is just perfect. The Arepas, Patacones and my favorite Un Pepito mixto. Their customer service is like no other. Venezuelan food is delicious, the Tequeños are on another level full of cheese. The cachapa and empanadas are divine 100% recommended! Passion fruit juice is also delicious and refreshing.

75 minutes to deliver from Washington Street right over the bridge to East Norwalk and the food was ice cold. Now we remember why we stopped ordering from this place. I guess a $75 order isn't big enough.
I love the food at this place, I recommend the fried arepas with shredded meat and cheese, they are delicious?and the snacks, I love the combinations, they are the best However, unfortunately, the customer service when you eat at the place is not good and it is very important. I hope they improve that. appearance but the food is delicious you should try it advice order takeout eating at the place it is not very nice because of the attention of the girls at the table?

Had lunch here. Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sides. One pizza was inedible because of the flavour I chose , fair enough. The other pizza was totally undercooked. The sides were OK. Service was mediocre amd we had to wait a while to be served, evound though we were the only ones In the restaurant.Gratuity is already included in the price which I find off since other friends of mine didn't have it included. Also they wanted to charge us extra for paying woth credit card - which we never mentioned we wanted to in the first place.All in all, fins yourself another location to eat.
