If you’re looking for authentic Dominican food this is your spot! My daughter ordered the 3 golpes (mangu with fried eggs, cheese and salami) and I got the sancocho with a side of white rice and they were both delicious! I love the space too it feels like your visiting your abuela or Tia’s house. It’s warm, welcoming with an aroma that makes your mouth water.
Flavorful food and great customer service. Although there was a slight language barrier, my food came out as requested and exceeded my expectations.
Decided to try it out because they have such good ratings and WOW! The food is fresh, delicious, and authentic. La isleña smoothie is out of this world. Definitely a new regular stop.

Authentic Dominican Cusine. Food is really good, taste amazing and is fresh. That is something I look for. I love everything I have eaten at this spot.
Hands down, best Dominican food in the Fairfield county area. Food is always so fresh and tasty. They always have a large variety of dishes, snacks, drinks. Restaurant also offers catering services for your gathering needs. Now with the holidays approaching, it would be great to try out their food. Highly recomend.
the best place i have ever eaten in my life! i tried the riki taki and it was like HEAVEN in my mouth! the flavors were so delicious. i will always come back when i get a chance.
The BEST dominican restaurant in the area. The ladies who work here are so sweet and welcoming. I love their morir soñando which is made fresh and food is delicious as well! They never disappoint me ?
Just like my grandmas cooking. I got pernil with rice and gandules for lunch and a tamarind juice. The pernil was so crispy and juicy and the rice is cooked perfectly. Can’t wait to try their breakfast!
Went here with my GF and loved it. Very good food and cheap. First time trying Dominican and the woman working there was very helpful
This is by far the BEST Dominican food I have ever tried. Sonia puts so much love into her cooking. I eat here at least 3 times a week. The food is fresh and delicious and there is something different every day so you never get bored. It feels like you are eating a home cooked meal.

Is a new restaurant in the area, the food was very good, and really love the pineapple juice. Definetly going back
First time ,having lunch there with my sister-in- law. For appetizers, we had the shrimp empanadas ,very good, delicious, the dough was very fresh. Then for lunch we order the shrimp mofongo ,one with garlic sauce and the other one with salsa criolla red garlic sauce. Let me tell you it was FANTASTIC DELICIOUS THANK YOUMISS SONIA!!!!
The food was really good… I ordered chicken empanadas, soup, and rotisserie chicken with black beans and white rice. The chicken was a bit dry but was seasoned well. Definitely nice to have a hot food Buffett in this area.
