I’ve loved coming here since they opened 5+ years ago, the shio ramen is simple and perfect with wonderful broth and bouncy noodles, fresh crunchy scallions and spinach, just great toppings all around. You can’t go wrong with it.

For the price and location, the ramen was pretty decent. The broth was fairly quality, and the food came quickly. However, my egg was cold in the middle, and I thought the noodles were a bit too chewy. Also, the spicy ramen tasted a bit too spicy, and not enough underlying flavor for me personally. But for the location in the mall, it’s super convenient and good quality food for the price and time - I would recommend if you’re shopping here, but don’t go out of your way...

If you are at the Sono collection and you want Ramen definitely hit this place up. Ms. New Jersey (as she called herself) gave us excellent customer service. Very patient with all of our questions and dietary needs. The Ramen broth was rich and tasty! Give this place a try!
