Space is very small, service is slow and menu is very limited. No bathroom up there. You must go back down to the hotel lobby to use the restroom. Parking is horrible we drove around like 15min then finally got a place in a parking area about 2 blocks away. Parking fee was reasonable

Located on the rooftop of the Residence Inn hotel in south Norwalk, small menu, good bites and inexpensive. Cocktails were very good, consistent and potent, our server Jesus was on top of everything, very attentive and nice, they had an awesome DJ playing Latin music, the crowd was enjoying the music, dancing and drinking. The space is somewhat small, and you have to take the elevator down to the bathrooms. Get there early if you want to grab a table. I definitely would recommend it.

The only good thing about this place is the view. The drinks are very overpriced and contain hardly any alcohol--I ordered a strawberry something and it was basically a mocktail. We were a group of five and ordered two crispy shrimps, two beef empanadas, and one chips and dip. The food took an hour to arrive to our table (minus the chips and dip which never came). The food was akin to grocery store frozen appetizers. Service was incredibly slow all around. We asked for small plates to eat our appetizers on. Our waitress came by 10 minutes later and told us they ran out of plates. At this point we knew we had to get out of there. We had to track down our waitress just to pay. For some reason she told us twice she comped the chips and dip that never arrived. (FYI: they add 20% gratuity on bills over $100.) We walked to the elevator where there were several stacks of small plates on a cart. If you want a rooftop with good drinks, attentive servers, and delicious food, this is not for you. Just go to Evarito's.

so I was here yesterday doe happy hour and first and foremost the atmosphere is so relaxing and bright and beautiful and cozy. however the prices made me yelp. $10 happy hour cocktails are a little too much but $17 and $18 cocktails and not to mention the 8" margerita flatbread for $20 plus dollars is pretty insulting. Just my opinion

Honestly the worst food I have ever ordered, I did not even bite, left on table as it came.Please please don't go here for food , Macdonald serves better burger and chips.But just go for drinks, not a wow but it is just Hotel bar so don't expect much there.There are many good place to eat and drink on Washington and main st.

I come here often for the past 3 summers and it's always a pleasure to see all the staff here. I've known Alejandra since my first visit and we always request her to serve us. She certainly is the example of how anyone in hospitality should be and sets a great example for others. She is always warm, friendly, and extremely caring of others and exudes leadership! My friends and coworkers come here for a variety of things, whether for business, to relax on a weekday night or enjoy music with the DJ on Saturdays and dance a bit while enjoying cocktails and eats! Cheers to another year of welcoming and great service!

As a woman who is African American, this establishment should be shut down. The minute we walked into the rooftop all eyes were on myself and my friends. A Caucasian woman went as far as to snap a picture of us and sent a text. We witnessed this as she kept looking at us. As we got up to leave not one staff in the rooftop asked why we were leaving. I will not visit or recommend this place to anyone

Had so much fun for Norwalk’s July 4th fireworks! Great service, and great vibe! Good spot for night out on rooftop, even better when the DJ is there! Will def go again, and again, and again!

Is amazing for a drink and something to snack on while enjoying the view. Make sure to check out their social media for special events and Dj,s on the weekends. Alejandra was our server and without a doubt she was great, super friendly and quick service. I loved it !

Small rooftop space with a nice view of Norwalk harbor. Burger was served cold as a stone.The place was empty for Wed happy hour. Maybe it gets busy later, or on the weekend.Without a significant promotional effort, I predict the Sky will fall before next summer.
I'm not one to leave bad reviews but I wouldn't want anyone else experiencing what I did. Not only do they not have many choices on the menu but they don't have a kitchen near the rooftop so your food will arrive cold and super late. I ordered a Caesar salad that took them about 30 minutes to make and on top of that there was a hair on my food. After asking for it to be exchanged I waited another 30-40 minutes. In the drinks side, their sodas were flat and their cocktails weren't good either. Unfortunately, we weren't the only ones having issues which I'm sure that's why it delayed everything. Aside from all this, the view is beautiful and the staff were courteous and patient and they tried their best to make up for the errors of the kitchen and bar which we appreciate! Hopefully the owners realize the work that needs to be done soon before its too late.

visited on Sunday 8/21/22Took a visit to the Sono sky bar to have roof top cocktails. A waiter named LIAM waited on me. As a waiter he was very short in deliverance and not interested in serving me "a black women"! He then proceeded to bring over my check as I was still drinking and I did not ask for it. If I could give him less then a star for his service I would. His lack of mannerism was vivid display of how he viewed myself as a black consumer!overall despicable! sincerely,a AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMEN
