Of my 15years being a Starbucks head, this store is the shittiest ever,lazy baristas, how in heaven there is no one in this store but yet no one to serve a customer, decided to go through drive through, same thing, if y’all don’t wanna work, close and go home.

I usually love coming to Starbucks, the drinks are great and it’s convenient. But lately, the experience has been really disappointing because of the staff.
They’re not openly rude, but they have this passive-aggressive, superior attitude that makes the whole place feel uncomfortable. It’s like they think they’re too good to be there, and that energy really shows in the way they interact with customers.
What makes it even more awkward is how they gossip and laugh between each other while looking over at guests. It’s hard not to feel self-conscious because it definitely feels that way with the way they keep glancing and cracking up. It creates such an unwelcoming vibe, especially when all you’re trying to do is grab a coffee in peace.
And then there’s the tipping issue. I completely understand that tips matter, and I always tip when it’s earned, but when the service is unfriendly or careless, it’s frustrating to feel that expectation. Especially when you’re just picking up a to-go order and they barely acknowledge you.
What really crossed the line for me was paying in cash and not getting my change back. The short cashier lady working on the DT 10/31/25 around 7:50am literally kept it without even asking, like it was automatically theirs. It wasn’t about the amount, it’s about the principle. You don’t just take someone’s money because you assume you’re entitled to it.
I love the drinks and the brand, but honestly, the attitude and lack of respect from the staff have completely ruined the experience.

The employees here are always mad except for like 1 guy.
Disappointing. Went to this location, September 21 5:13 pm. Ordered Two of the same drinks that are made with cold foam. Once we received the drinks at drive-through, I noticed there wasn’t any cold foam, It looked like bubbly milk at the top of the coffee, and I immediately told the cashier at the window that the drink did not look right and he proceeded to ask me what doesn’t look right about the drink and I said the cold foam and his response was we ran out out of heavy cream so they decided to put milk and attempt to froth The milk Which obviously was not the same texture or consistency, and it changed the taste of the drink. The drink consist of oat milk and a good amount of milk they added diluted the drink and it wasn’t enjoyable very upsetting. If you’re running out of the proper ingredients, that you need to make a signature drink that is on your menu. The proper adequacy would be to tell the Customer so they can decide for themselves how they would like to move forward, especially when spending 7+ dollars on a single drink. We ended up throwing those drinks in the trash and headed to Starbucks on Connecticut Avenue where we had to place a new order and pay for the drinks again and when I spoke to the barista at this location, she said Main Avenue should’ve been very transparent and shouldn’t have made the drink if they didn’t have the proper ingredients Don’t substitute without asking the Customer first I guess this is a lesson.

Excellent people. I moved to Norwalk more than year ago. I don't have friends but every time I come here, these people makes me feel so good. Special thanks to Gul and Becca, They both are Awesome - Promote them please , They must be in leadership / management. I will buy more $SBUX stocks if that happens

Rude.. I ordered grubhub and they forgot my sandwich and when I called she stated we don’t forget things like that! Clearly you do!!!!

Second time in about 6 months I called to have a coffee traveler box ready in advance . Both times, the coffee box was not ready and I had to wait just making my meeting in time. I even stressed that I needed the coffee ready by 3:30 and was assured it would be. The website does not allow for more than a few minutes of of advance ordering that's why I called. Not only that, but the employees all but totally ignore the people who walk into the cafe. Their only priority is the drive up window. Starbucks management should make sure everyone is taken care of properly.
