My order was incorrect the last 3 times I went there. The employees were gossiping with each other and it was easy to see how they were making mistakes. I will go back to using the app instead of ordering over the counter or drive thru as I hadnt had the problem that way.

Waiting in the drive thru for about 10 minutes got to the order mic and no one responded to me for another 10 minutes I got to the window and Ali said to me it’s not my problem your going to have to go aroundThen I said I’m not waiting another 20 minutes that’s ridiculous he again said not my problem I don’t have to help you I’ve told 3 other people today they have to go around if no one took ur order. Absolutely horrible experience Ali was rude and seemed like enjoyed telling me “not my problem you can go” clearly he’s got an attitude problemAnd If I’m one of 4 people who didn’t get helped you would think the issue is with staff not with the customer … suffice to say I will never be returning here and encourage others to follow suit. Terrible experience

Ordered the wrong item in the drive through. I went in and told them it was wrong and wanted to give the correct order. The three ladies completely ignored me and when i asked them if i should just cancel they said yes, please do that.. I was shocked.I went to the Stamford location on High Ridge and they were were amazing and provided excellent service. Please send them to Stamford to train them on customer service

Every time I go into this location to attempt to sit and enjoy my drink, it’s always so uncomfortably cold at this location that’s why I only gave 2 stars for atmosphere. I have to wear my coat while I have my drink and my drink gets so cold by the time I start to drink it. Also, not sure why my iced drinks always have so much ice even though I indicate “light ice” on my order. Other than these 2 issues, this location has friendly helpful baristas for an inviting atmosphere.

A mountain of ice rather than a coffee drink :p.This, despite requesting light ice and making sure they register it.Upon inquiry the staff was v rude and said that this is how it comes. I told them that’s not true but didn’t have time/energy to discuss this more :).Anyways they are trying their best to push customers to Dunkin :)
