I ventured out to Sweet Ashley’s Ice Cream in Norwalk, CT after hearing about their Kitchen Sink sundae challenge! Only defeated by 7 people, this massive sundae starts with 4 scoops each of vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry ice cream, topped with two entire brownies, bananas, a full cup each of strawberry sauce, chocolate sauce, and caramel sauce, HALF A CAN of whipped cream and some lovely cherries on top of course. Im somewhat of an ice cream snob and Hands down, this is the best ice cream ive had in my life. I got the plain vanilla and it was so rich and delicious. I could be wrong but I think their ice cream has a custard base which makes it so creamy and soft. You can tell a lot of love and effort went into creating this ice cream recipe. Would recommend to any ice cream lover!
