Being that it is the only close Taco Bell I come here but sadly they constantly leave items out that you purchase and no one is going to turn around once they get home. It’s ridiculous and to the point that they can keep their products since service is constantly poor. The owner must not care

I absolutely hate having to drive to Stamford every time I want Taco Bell because this place sucks so bad. They don’t check any boxes of being a Taco Bell- they don’t exist for mobile ordering/refuse to put themselves on the nationwide Taco Bell mobile app. So you can’t earn or use rewards or deals. Like half the Taco Bell menu isn’t even sold here. In person or on delivery apps, if you want something you’d typically get at a TB, there’s like a 50% shot they just don’t sell it here. And yeah then there’s the fact that they’re ungodly slow like everyone says, and the food is constantly appalling quality/portions/temperature. Taco Bell corporate, if you’re reading this, just shut down this pathetic location already and open a standalone, non-KFC one somewhere else in Norwalk, I promise you will be astounded at how much business it gets.

In drive thru i purchased 3 spicy potato tacos and 1 chicken taco and 1 nacho fries, except chicken taco everything else was horrible, fries and potatoes were fried in burnt oil and they tasted very very bitter, we had to throw the whole stuff

unfortunately, it lived up to its low reviews. Right from the start, there were issues with my order being incomplete. When I got home, I noticed that the vegetables were not fresh—they were wet and seemed old.

The simple chips and cheese were also not up to standard; they tasted far from fresh and left a lot to be desired. Having traveled across the USA and visited many Taco Bell locations, I can confidently say this was one of the worst experiences I've had.

The service wasn’t any better. Our server, Olga, put on a fake smile but ultimately delivered missing items and food that was simply not good. As a business owner myself, I understand how important it is to maintain quality and service. If I were running this place, I would be seriously concerned. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously and considers a management and staff overhaul to improve the overall experience.

Probably the worst Taco Bell in the world. It takes 1 hours plus to get a drive through order..

Two stars instead of one? That’s because everyone working is very nice and seem to be doing their best. Without that this is the single most dysfunctional place on the planet. Who ever owns this place should be paying these people double because they need twice as many to get the work done that is expected of them. Two separate restaurants menus, drive-through, Walk-ins and all drivers from all three delivery companies all day. Starbucks have more workspace and employees than this place.

Drive through consistently takes 20-30 minutes with only 3-4 cars in line

Jahlani was remarkably helpful and ready to serve and friendly and had a real professional attitude towards his job. He seem to be busy making the storefront better but the moment that he got customers he smiled and greeted everybody as though it was some kind of high-class restaurant I was so surprised it’s so great to have someone be so friendly and memorable.

If you use the drive through; you’ll be told to “go around to the front” so their drive through service time looks good. You’ll probably wait 30 minutes and have to go in to follow up on your order.

Do not go here if you value your time. Takes around 30 minutes minimum in the drive thru to get your food.

They delivered our order in poor condition, the service was horrible, the lady wanted to force us to have a drink that we did not order, she was very rude and made us wait a long time for our food.
