The food here was excellent! It’s going by to become a regular for our group. The short rib and carnitas tacos were favorites. Also the birria quesadilla was thick and to die for!!! 10/10. We also had the mezcal margarita pitcher and it was delicious.

I would like to start by saying the staff was very friendly and the cocktails were well made. I was excited to try suadero for the first time and try this locations famous carnitas. The portions are fairly small and quite expensive and I went during happy hour and paid full price for my margarita and full price for a Paloma. I’m not sure if those aren’t included in the happy hour or if there is a separate menu, but we weren’t informed of any such menu. The carnitas and suadero...
