On October 25th 2025, my wife and I stopped for dinner on our way back to NYC from a long road trip. We mainly just needed to get out of the car after seven hours of driving because traffic was building up.
There was a slight hiccup when we were first seated, as we were out of the server's line of sight and she didn't notice us there. But after we got her attention service was swift, accurate, extremely friendly. She explained that the other server had called in sick, so she was unexpectedly covering the whole floor by herself. Given that, she did an incredible job!
The food was not mind-blowing, but was as good or better than expected for this kind of a casual dining spot. The burger was a great burger for its price: Bun didn't fall apart, was correctly cooked to order (medium rare), you could fit it in your mouth without any of it falling off onto the plate or your lap or your sleeves. It was a touch dry (i.e., no sauce), but I doused it in Cholula the server brought me and I was more than pleased with the result.
This is probably going to turn into our go-to spot to stop and decompress from the start of city-traffic on returns from road trips going forward. Very glad we found it!

We were in town for a couple days. The front desk clerk recommended the wings here. They were absolutely delicious with chicken falling off the bones. My chef hubby and I loved it. He really liked the Thai chili sauce. We also loved the atmosphere, the futbol theme and scarfs. Seeing those reminded me of my time living in Germany.

South Tampa Traveler
I was visiting Connecticut on business and that night the Tampa Bay Buccaneers were on Monday Night Football and I wanted to watch my Buccaneers play. Sadly it didn't work out well for them but my meal was outstanding and the bartender could not have been any friendlier and nicer to deal with. I arrived at approximately 5:30 just to check the place out and I decided to stay and next thing I know it was 7:00 and kick off. The food was delicious.

Enjoyed a nice meal with my husband, until a mouse ran out from under our table. It kept running back and forth causing me to have to keep my feet up. The staff just excused it saying it was because they were located near a river... My husband found a hole near our table. They need to close it up and clean up. Otherwise, service was okay, food average- though mine was a small portion. I guess that is why it was cheaper or maybe it was small in case a mouse wants to order it...
