The best Chinese food in norwalk. Good prices and lunch menu. Fresh food that's not pf chang/panda express bs or that gross mall chinese food with fillers the same ol' burbon chicken slop that all of them sell.
Service was fine. Felt sad that the server was an elderly man.
If I ever set foot in that snob-tastic mall ever again, it's solely to eat at uncle seven.

Amazing! Got takeout for the first time and everything tasted perfect. Great classic Chinese takeout dishes but with some extra care and not greasy. Will definitely be coming back again.

The food is pretty good, nothing worth raving about but tastes good. My BIGGEST complaint is the fact they claim to have a lunch special and never charge for a lunch special. Don't claim you have a lunch special, confirm with me over the phone AND in person that you are charging me a lunch special price, and then charge me regular price. I don't mind paying the cost (not worth $17 for an average lo mein but it's the price I agreed to when not in lunch hours) but I only go here for lunch as that's the only time I can justify getting a lo mein - $13 (the lunch special price) is reasonable enough. Will not be going back for a while as I hope this is taken seriously.
Racist restaurant. Worst service ever. We seat ourselves. We are given a menu after 20 minutes and once we get our food the waiter/waitress will not come to our table at all. Owner just laughed when I tried to tell him we have been waiting for a menu. Love their food which is why I decided to give it another chance since this isn't the first time this happened. But their service is the worst. I've never been to a restaurant like this before. The worst part is they don't even seem to care. There should be a sign at the entrance that says Caucasians only.

Nice place to dine in while at SoHo. Food was excellent. Some of the juiciest dumplings I have ever had. Szechuan pepper sauce chicken was excellent. Vegetables were perfectly stir fried.

Consistently good food. Large portions. Sometimes service can be slow, but it’s a nice spot.

My kids love the food here! The ambience is also very nice and super convenient as they are in the SONO mall. It’s definitely better food than all restaurants in the mall with the same price. Will come again!

Really confused by this place. Famous for their Peking Duck, but they don't openly advertise that you MUST call a day ahead if you want it, so we weren't able to experience it. Dishes have a bit of an identity crisis: the wonton soup is very heavily dashi-based, tasting much more Japanese than Chinese, and a number of the dishes were Japanese. The Peking duck spring rolls and dumplings were very fatty and greasy. The lo mein is overly salty, as was the beef with broccoli and ginger. There was only one server in the restaurant and he was as attentive as he could be when servicing multiple tables. The food is extremely expensive for the quality. Overall, a disappointing experience.
