This place constantly messes up my order
There was a line at the drive thru so I decided to go inside. Proceeded to wait 10 minutes, have multiple employees approach the counter and ignore me as well as the line of people forming who probably had the same idea as I did of coming inside instead of waiting in the drive thru line. I can't rate the food quality as I didn't get anything because honestly why would I when the employees just ignore customers, including the woman who was very obviously the manager who honestly was the worst as she came over to the counter and proceeded to waste time ripping off the pick up order stickers roll, look at me and the line behind me several times and just walk away. Why would anyone continue going here? Because there's few options on this side of town.

Unfortunately, this restaurant has the worst drive-thru system I've ever experienced because of the huge traffic it interferes with on Northa Ave.

This is a very nice Wendy’s that i enjoyed going to for breakfast. The drive thru is always 1, 2, 3 and I receive my order almost immediately. Great customer service.

The location is suberp and wide open parking. The cleanliness is spot on, but the employees seem to have a problem with repeating the order back to make sure their isn't any confusion. When trying to make something correct, they act as if they don't understand, but seeing how I am bilingual, they get a look of shock and suddenly want to correct whatever the issue is. I don't feel that is fair to others who don't speak their native language

They forgot to pack me a chili during an online order and then refused to give me a refund. The bag was already sealed with a sticker on the pick up counter. They required us to come back in to pick up the chili. I could not make it back there and they said they couldn’t do anything. Don’t see how that is fair when they forgot the pack it

asked for the new Oreo brownie frosty.. got a vanilla with a little bit of Oreo. If I wanted an Oreo McFlurry I could’ve gone to McDonald’s.
