Very below-average Wendy’s location. The staff is not friendly and is not accommodating. There are two other Wendy’s in the area that I would rather go to, this one needs work on their customer service.

Been coming here between errands or coming back home during late nights of driving and this is a really well managed and quality Wendy’s. The service is very efficient, the workers are courteous, my orders are pretty much always correct to a tee, and the food is fresh and delicious. Keep up the great work!

This Wendy's location will charge you for upgraded food size without asking you. I even tried saying the price of the biggy bag ($5) and saying regular size when i order but they continue to upgrade my order. When you question them after receiving your food and seeing the upgraded size, they lie to you about what they charged you, then swap out for the smaller size you originally asked for. This has happened to me two times this month and i never realized until i looked at my credit card statement.. They never hand you the receipt at the drive thru and rarly hand it to you at the front counter. The one time i grabbed my receipt from the printer inside, and i saw the upgrade price on both my meals. I questiones the lady, and she just took cash out the draw to give back to me, nothing else was said.....be careful when ordering from thjs location, always check your receipt, its convenient how their customer screen to view the order is always down for years now.

Food was fine. the people helping me either didn’t understand or weren’t listening. i asked for a chicken nugget meal and ended up having to pay extra for the fries i wanted. i asked to used a reward and was told no with a straight face after they messed up.

Place is fine a lot of the time but maybe 40% of the time they mess up. Today, the drive through took 10 minutes to go through 3 cars, and somehow, the food was still cold when I got it: not ice cold, but like it had been sitting out for 20 minutes. The cheese was like it came straight from the box (not melted at all) and Wendy’s as a whole has a pattern of sloppiness. It is very common that the smear ketchup or mayo all over the outside of the burger. Do better.
