I go here very often and the service is usually quite good as well as getting my order correctly. There is a girl that works there that is always positive and very delightful. However, my most recent trip this lady or man, couldn’t tell, took my order and was extremely rude and kept interrupting me and wouldn’t let me order. When i got my food, the order was completely messed up. The person who took my order was extremely unprofessional.

Ah Wendy's, my go to for a quick bite when I'm too lazy to cook!
This location never gets an order wrong, even though mine is always a custom order.
The app is great and I always get something free or heavily discounted, even when buying just a $3 burger.
The staff here are so nice at all times of the day, always polite. On a few occasions they have even had me park when I get there a bit quick and they bring the order out to the car.

I stopped here today to grab a Dave’s Single cheeseburger and small fry… My usual. My food was good and the staff was cordial. The only issue is this location is the most expensive one I have been to so far, to date.

Even at a drive thru at 10:30pm, the food quality was excellent (for fast food...) and the service was remarkably upbeat and inviting. Definitely a level of enthusiasm one doesn't really see much anymore, and very much unmatched by the other Norwalk locations I've visited on occasion.

The location and accessibility to to this location is top tier period everything else about it is below standard period the employees are very rude and the manager never steps soon to help with the situations at hand. If the morale of the employees would better then the customer experience would be better.
