This Yard House is extremely poorly run. I’ve been to numerous locations across the country, and was excited to take my family and friend here. I called ahead to get on the list, and was told 20-25 minutes. We arrive ten minutes later and are told it would be another 20-25. We proceed to wait an hour after the initial call time and are once again told 20-25 minutes more. We went to Jacob’s Pickles next door to put our name down, as my one year old was getting hungry. While waiting next door (with our name still on the list at Yard House, mind you), the host chose to remove us from the list without sending any text. When I spoke to them on the phone, they offered little explanation and barely believable apologies. Would not recommend this location to anyone who values their time, especially if they have little ones with them. As someone who worked as a host an at incredibly busy restaurant for a long time, they simply do not understand how to quote proper wait times or how to follow up with their existing wait list. Super disappointed as I’ve been a big fan of other locations I’ve been to and hyped it up to my friends that were with me. Luckily, Jacob’s Pickles got us seated soon after we were unceremoniously removed from the wait list after an hour and a half.

Food was sub par, medium rare burger can well done and dry, fries were cold… pickle was cold and crisp! 10 taps on one side were “out”. Bad first impression

Ordered take out got the shrimp noodles and the beef noodles. Both were not good and we had the same dishes in Maryland and they were good. Norwalk can't get anything right!!!!
