My wife and I just moved to Norwich and were on the hunt for a regular pizza place, and I think we found it in Asylum Street Pizza. We ordered online for delivery, so the rating for atmosphere is mostly just reiteration for service. The shop was out of a dessert option and called immediately to offer a replacement. Both the worker on the phone and their delivery driver were extremely kind and polite. Delivery was quick, and the food was delicious.

My family & I were looking for a good pizza restaurant, and Asylum St Pizza had some good reviews. So we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed!! The place is very clean and everything was amazing! The food was well portioned, fresh, very flavorful, and absolutely delicious!! They have an amazing menu with something for everyone. The staff was friendly, kind and very accommodating (we have special needs children). They even gave us complimentary canolli's for dessert! We will definitely be back!!

We had a order delivered and was not what we expected. The owner James was willing to fix the issue and delivered new wings to our liking no questions asked. He was very polite, respectful, and even gave us complimentary desert on the house. I recommend this restaurant with a five star rating for going above and beyond. Thank you.

Best sausage grinders they don't just chunk up their sausage and dump it in sauce they cook it a little bit and slice it length wise and saute it but not until it's ordered, the best way to get a sausage grinder from here is just sausage cheese and bread. Try it you won't regret it

We are so happy every time we eat at Asylum! The wings are delicious, the sandwiches yummy, and the portions are excellent. We recommend Asylum not only for the tasty foods but just as important - the cleanliness and service! Asylum should be the standard for all other restaurants! Everything is tidy, made to order, and you can tell they care. Never had a delivery with my salad on top of HOT food so I can heartily say they pay attention to the details!We are originally from out of state and had a difficult time finding good takeout places - we'd be disappointed with every other place or we felt like we wasted money. Glad to have found Asylum - definitely helped make CT feel more like home.
