This place is awful.Service was extremely slow. It took 38 minutes for our order,and everything in our order was wrong. We ordered a plain cheeseburger kids meal. The burger wasn't plain. It was slathered in ketchup, mustard and had extra pickles. 2 whoppers with cheese, no onion. Had onions (I know it's not a big deal, you can juat pick them off, but someone may be allergic.)Onion rings were cold, greasy and soggy. And they didnt even give us my husband's sandwich! The only thing that was right was our drinks, and that's because we got them ourselves. 🙄

I have given this location so many chances.. Every time they either forget something or mess it up. I have had go back so many times. They always seemed confused when I order basic stuff from the menu..? I don’t get how you don’t know your own menu. Don’t even bother calling them because you will never get through, its hangs up after 0:53 seconds. Yes I am annoyed about the food but it’s truthfully the incompetence that gets me.

Like why does every place in Norwich have to be so trashy I can never go out to eat without them getting my order completely wrong and then when I get home to call I have to drive all the way back to Burger King because they put food in my bag that could kill me since I’m allergic and then couldn’t even refund me like are you serious. And then half the employees don’t even speak English like the person on the phone can’t even understand that I’m telling her on my receipt they charged me for my chicken sandwich and instead gave me this weird burger thing

I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru for an order I placed on the app. Granted, there were 5-6 cars ahead of me,but I felt that it was a bit excessive. My food was only ok,and because it took so long,it was cold. On top of that,the 2 burgers I ordered were wrong. Also,the employee at the window attempted to give me a drink,which I didn't order,and ask for payment,when like I said,I ordered it through the app,so it was already paid for.I wouldn't recommend this place,and I probably wouldn't come here again,I sure wouldn't go out of my way for it.

I always go to this Burger King here in Norwich. They always seem to have new and delicious items on their menu. The staff here is awesome, they’re kind and professional. I will definitely keep coming here. My food is always fresh and tastes so good.
Vegetarian options: Impossible Whopper, fries, onion rings, etc plenty of great things to choose from
Parking: Big lot with a lot of spaces
Kid-friendliness: Great place to come as a family
Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair access.
I’ve only lived in Norwich for 3 years but I’ve avoided going to Burger King because of past experiences in other locations. Went ahead and gave this location a try this last week and I’m disappointed to realize that I’ve been sleeping on this location! Food was excellent and staff are nice! That being said I’ve come back a second time in a week and still just as good as the first!
The food is always great and the employees are absolutely wonderful and caring of the people who walk in.
Parking: Lot of parking spots
Kid-friendliness: Not just kid friendly but human friendly. They will let you charge your phone even if you can’t afford food. They gave me a cup so I could get water which was so nice and welcomed.

The staff here is amazing. Best fast food place I go and I go consistently as it’s about the only one I ever go to anymore. Manager really makes a difference. He does a great job and the staff has respect and enjoy working for him. Always a friendly environment whether I dine in or go through the drive-through. The food is always on point and correct. Even the little things like taking your order as soon as you pull up to the screen, speaking clearly and taking down your order correct. Plus every time I go there, they tell me I rule!

Rude/lazy employees, especially the big guy that works the drive thru...someone tell him to take a shower because he clearly has poor hygiene, and should not be handling food.

I would never go back to this place for the first I was very disappointed , there is a tall guy working night shift in Wednesday drive thru he is stop taking my orders because he was talking rude with me and I tell him to be nice when he talks with the customer he ask me to leave the drive thru immediately he says he don’t want taking my order he told me to go to Mac Donald's instead and I left the drive thru right away so I realized that some people don’t made to deal with customers I was so shocked, shame on you,if you are mad stay home
